Snorkel AI is seeking an Operations Manager to manage and optimize processes, ensuring high-quality outcomes and seamless delivery. In this role, you will build and refine ticketing processes to streamline operations and improve response times. You'll also design and implement automated form processes that reduce manual work and improve data collection. Additionally, the role involves creating automated email workflows to enhance communication and operational efficiency and developing custom queries to extract actionable insights from operational data.
The Operations Manager will leverage tools like Zapier and Airtable to connect systems and automate workflows, design scalable data workflows, and drive faster decision-making by exposing key insights. Cross-functional collaboration is key, as you'll work with partners to maximize marketplace efficiency, address issues, and grow the user base through retention and incentivization programs. You will also manage external partnerships, serving as a point of contact for resolving issues.
