Business Process and Solution Consultant

Conduct business process mapping workshops across the client regions with stakeholders at different levels. Document and validate as-is processes across regions and plants. Explain the to-be process and global design. Establish and validate fit-gap analyses to identify required process and system changes. Drive and align deployment planning and execution to ensure alignment with business needs. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and coach to stakeholders, facilitating the explanation of solution design and securing business alignment and approvals. Conduct business analysis to support the delivery of the strategic roadmap and system adoption throughout the project. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, recommend improvements, and ensure transparency through data-driven insights. Communicate process updates, progress, and recognise achievements across the organisation.
