Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and structure complex technology agreements including AI-as-a-Service, SaaS, Cloud Outsourcing, and data licensing deals.
- Design and implement internal AI governance policies, establishing guidelines for ethical AI usage, algorithmic bias prevention, and deepfake/synthetic media mitigation.
- Formulate commercial terms that clearly define risk allocation, service level agreements, and liability caps for algorithmic failures.
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ yrs of experience in TMT law, intellectual property, or data privacy.
- Experience handling AI governance, data scraping, or machine learning commercial agreements would be an advantage.
