- Support training activities by preparing user-friendly reference materials.
- Gather information from SMEs through strong collaboration and interviewing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Document business processes, workflows, and architecture diagrams.
- Update existing materials to reflect platform updates and evolving business needs.
- Contribute to process improvements related to documentation lifecycle management.
