Identify and drive long-term vision and strategy of the liquidity and bridging platform, aligning engineering goals with company objectives. Partner closely with numerous cross-functional partners to define roadmap priorities and translate business needs into technical execution. Drive engineering execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure systems. Lead and mentor engineering team -  fostering career growth, technical excellence, and high engagement. Foster a collaborative engineering culture emphasizing ownership. The Wallets umbrella enables Coinbase users globally to interface with 60+ blockchains, our backend systems have already powered billions of crypto addresses and requests. The liquidity and bridging team owns the set of services that orchestrates all of the liquidity movements that power the sends and receives for Coinbase's custodial products. These large scale orchestration systems help drive sub-second liquidity across all networks at all times while ensuring security, compliance and cost efficiency.
