Position Description:
- The Director of Power Business Real Estate owns all site control activities for Oklo's Aurora powerhouse development pipeline.
- You will lead a team of Senior Land Managers and Analysts responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing sites across multiple geographies.
- You report to the VP of Origination and coordinate closely with the VP of Development, Director of Project Development, and Oklo's Environmental & Permitting team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years in energy project land acquisition, real estate, or land management.
- Demonstrated experience executing site control across a portfolio of complex energy or infrastructure projects.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience across agricultural, industrial, and government-owned land.
Competencies:
- Passionate about clean energy and making advanced fission a reality.
- Willing to learn quickly and work on a dynamic team, receiving constructive feedback.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly iterative startup environment.
