Scope of Job:
- Negotiate and secure land agreements for project development.
- Manage landowner relationships and conduct stakeholder meetings.
- Assist in obtaining curative documents and provide project reporting.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of land acquisition experience is required.
- Proven sales and account management experience is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred.
