Job Description
The role involves expert-level service for a mission-critical data security product. Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting, incident response, and problem management.
Requires deep technical analysis and ownership of complex customer issues.
Candidate should be a technical problem-solver who can diagnose and resolve complex issues across cloud infrastructure, networking, and data systems.
In addition to 4 years of tech support, systems administration, software engineering, or solutions architecture experience is needed.
Also has experience public cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred), modern cloud-based data warehousing and processing platforms, including Snowflake and Databricks .
