About the Role:
- The operational backbone of member activation between enrollment and treatment.
- Reports to Head of Member Ops & Strategy, ideal for a process-minded operator.
What You'll Own:
- Benefits & Eligibility, Prior Authorization, and Document Follow-Up.
- Staffing & Shipping coordination, Inbound Call Support, and Compliance.
- Process Building to turn manual tasks into repeatable systems.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in healthcare admin or operations, familiar with payer portals and PA workflows.
- Proficiency with CRM/EHR and document management, strong organizational skills.
- Comfort coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a fully remote setting.
