About the Role:
- You will be a key financial analyst supporting reimbursement processes across the health system.
- This role involves cost report preparation, revenue reconciliation, and audit support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate third-party cost reports and analyze financial data for consistency.
- Reconcile revenue between hospital reports and payer/agency statements.
- Assist with audits and provide data for appeals and special analyses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Two to four years of finance experience, ideally in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations and GAAP.
