Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first person to interact with Workleap's future clients. Your primary role will be to generate conversations, qualify leads, and create opportunities for our sales team, in order to convert these opportunities into new customers. Ideally, you are curious, energetic, results-oriented, and motivated by continuous learning. Responsibilities include collaborating with the business development team, mastering Workleap's value proposition, engaging with potential clients, managing your pipeline effectively, qualifying prospects, demonstrating the value of Workleap, and contributing to continuous improvement of the sales process.
