Deliver superior customer service for antivirus software, handling inquiries about accounts, subscriptions, and technical issues via phone and remote sessions. Assist customers with product purchases, renewals, refunds, and account-related issuesβ€”ensuring smooth, high-quality service. Guide users through the installation, reinstallation, and troubleshooting of antivirus software to ensure optimal functionality and security. Requires fluency in Dutch (B2H/C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level). Basic PC technical knowledge and multitasking skills are needed.
