Crop Adjuster

About the Role:

• As a Crop Adjuster, you will conduct field inspections and work claims for all major crops and policy types.
• You will use maps, aerial photos, and measurement tools to evaluate losses and discuss findings with producers.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and process claims for multi-peril crop insurance (MPCI) and other plans.
• Clearly communicate regulations and interpretations to producers, agents, and company staff.
• Stay current with RMA requirements and maintain CAPP certification where applicable.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of crop insurance adjusting experience or agriculture background preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in business or ag-related field preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to travel, climb, and walk uneven terrain.
