In this role you will:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for key EPD functions across various hiring managers or regions.
• Establish work priorities and timelines under limited direction, creating consistent proactive reporting for stakeholders.
• Manage personal metrics, self-aware of recruiter screens, hiring manager screens, and panels needed to meet hiring goals, with accurate forecasting.

Your responsibilities include:

• Influencing and communicating effectively with senior leaders.
• Leveraging a strong understanding of ClickUp's market position and growth potential to engage passive candidates.
• Implementing process improvements for technical hiring and sharing information on key technologies with the group.
