Staff Technical Sourcer

In this zero-to-one role as a Staff Technical Sourcer, you’ll partner closely with engineering leaders to design and execute sourcing strategies that identify and engage world-class technical talent. You’ll own the top of the funnel: mapping markets, driving outreach experiments, and delivering high-signal candidates across engineering and machine learning roles. You will develop scalable sourcing systems and documentation, partner deeply with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, align on pipelines, and iterate based on feedback. You will also champion a high-quality, personalized candidate experience that builds lasting brand equity. This is a builder's role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, works with urgency, and appreciates sourcing.
