What You'd Be Doing in This Role:
- Coach and develop a team of 5 high-performing ICs with growth conversations, feedback, and escalations.
- Baseline operations across volumes, cycle times, quality, cost per ticket, and root causes, then build a prioritized improvement roadmap.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure operational insight shapes the product roadmap.
