Role:

  • Intake, triage, and resolve L1 escalations, access provisioning, and technical requests.
  • Own onboarding/offboarding, incident response for phishing and account compromise.
  • Drive automation of repetitive work using scripts, APIs, and integration platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5 years in IT support with at least 3–5 at L2/Sysadmin level.
