Responsibilities:
- Lead client implementations from initiation through completion.
- Be the primary client-facing implementation lead, building relationships.
- Partner with Sales during pre-sale and post-sale phases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in client implementation, project management, solution delivery, onboarding, client operations, or a related client-facing business role.
- Demonstrated experience translating needs into structured requirements, implementation plans, deliverables, and execution steps.
