Job Description
The Lead Enterprise CSM role involves owning a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring adoption, renewals, and growth. Responsibilities also include building executive relationships, running strategic governance calls, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams. Contributing to CS playbooks, mentoring CSMs, and representing the voice of enterprise customers internally are also key aspects of the role. Success will be measured by earned trusted advisor status with C-level stakeholders, strong GRR & NRR performance, high product adoption, and successful execution of expansion playbooks.
