PAS Coordinator

The PAS Coordinator will monitor clinical operations metrics, investigate clinical issues, and will serve as a clinical operations resource for the entire Clinical Operations team, including patients, providers, and staff. This position will also provide instruction to PAS-R personnel on processes and procedures and will provide cross-coverage and fill-in coverage as scheduled for the PAS-R roles, as directed by the supervisory team. Duties include providing high quality customer service, investigating clinic scheduling errors, sharing PAS expertise, and assisting with interviewing and training PAS Specialists. The PAS Coordinator also coordinates managed care, maintains procedure schedules, and triages phone calls from patients.
