Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead a full-stack engineering team comprising backend and mobile engineers. As a hands-on Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to designing and developing some of our early-stage innovative products (0-1). You will work with your cross-functional partners and team to shape the direction of these products and contribute to making them significant drivers for the company. Drive the design and implementation of new product areas and features. Break down complex problems into their bare essentials, translate this complexity into elegant design, and create high-quality, maintainable code. Guide your team to strong execution —make pragmatic decisions, and guide teams to launch MVPs quickly and iterate based on feedback. Be a mentor and coach for the engineers on your team. Help them advance their careers by enabling them to do the best work of their lives.
