Responsibilities:

  • Stay attuned to federal policy changes impacting Medicaid operations and synthesize project information to support APD budgets and narratives.
  • Provide expert guidance on APD processes, funding strategies, and compliance considerations while managing multiple projects.
  • Lead client and vendor meetings, present recommendations to executive-level stakeholders, and contribute to practice-wide knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Public Policy, Health Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of CMS APD requirements, Medicaid funding mechanisms, procurement, and federal compliance standards.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with excellent communication skills.
