Job Description
This position is for a Remote support specialist to support the TDY FLIR Surveillance product lines. This position will be responsible for remote and field support on our vast product line. Responsibilities include technical after-sales support: email, phone or on-site services. Product testing, debugging and documentation (manuals and tech notes) are also key parts of the role. You will install software, configure systems, sustaining of demo assets. Maintain and update support database and web support infrastructure. Fundamental restoration of technical equipment. Coordinate and assist with Customers recommission. Report engineering costs and man-hours according to service procedures.
