About the Role:
- Acts as a loyalty SME and connective tissue between business, product, and technical teams.
- Owns solution scope, cost alignment, and delivery risks for standard engagements.
What You'll Do:
- Leads discovery, documents BRDs/SCDs, and coordinates cross-team feasibility.
- Builds demos, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses to drive technical credibility.
What You Need:
- 3-5 years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or business requirements analysis.
- Agile/Scrum delivery, MarTech familiarity, and loyalty marketing experience preferred.
