Associate Technical Writing Intern

Team Overview:

• We are the Experience Team, including UX designers, researchers, technical writers, and design technologists.
• We succeed through diverse individuals building software that makes workflows smarter.

The Role:

• Create product documentation for end users and system administrators.
• Learn to author in DITA/XML and collaborate with development teams in Agile.
• Conduct peer reviews and produce content for various deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts, Communications, or Technical Communications.
• Strong interest in software products and ability to learn technical products quickly.
• Knowledge of markup languages such as DITA, HTML, XML, or SGML.
