Accountabilities:
- Define and execute the overall product and technical vision, aligning roadmaps with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead product management, software development, quality assurance, documentation, DevOps, hosting, and infrastructure teams.
- Drive best practices across R&D processes, including product delivery, releases, feedback cycles, and operational improvements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience leading technology, product, or engineering teams.
- Proven experience managing product development teams and driving technology strategy.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, product delivery, and technical operations.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $165,000 USD.
