Senior Director of GRC Engineering

As a Senior Director of GRC, you will oversee governance, risk, and compliance functions, ensuring ongoing compliance to SOC II and ISO certifications. You will drive the next evolution of the program to meet FedRAMP Authorization, lead and grow a team of security professionals, and drive concepts of GRC Engineering throughout the organization. You'll shape internal GRC strategy and be an active external voice.

Provide expert feedback to Engineering, Product, and Design teams, represent Vanta's vision in public forums, and collaborate with leaders within Security Engineering and Operations. Track team performance, partner with Sales and Customer Success, and become an expert on security features within Vanta, serving as a customer zero.
