Key Responsibilities:
- Own trader interactions across support channels, ensuring professional and clear resolution of inquiries.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, escalating to Compliance or Technology teams as necessary.
- Educate traders on platform functionality, account processes, and company rules.
Operational Support:
- Monitor trading systems to proactively identify issues impacting the trader experience.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support team goals for customer satisfaction and response times.
- Assist with data accuracy, reconciliation, and operational tasks as required.
Qualifications and Environment:
- Requires 2+ years in customer service or technical support, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work a schedule of 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST in a fast-paced, remote trading environment.
- Preferred familiarity with trading platforms like NinjaTrader or an interest in financial markets and fintech.
