Primary duties include assisting with market strategy implementation, managing practice transformation priorities, and ensuring full implementation of practice programs and compliance requirements. They will manage staff, establish goals, review KPIs, and support professional development.
The Market Manager prioritizes and cascades company strategy, coaches their team, and identifies areas of opportunity. This role also provides ongoing thought leadership and feedback to help Aledade improve growth, practice happiness, and savings. The ability to perform project management and account management best practices is important.
