Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ISACA's Certification Impartiality Threat Analysis and manage risk scenarios with stakeholders.
  • Own governance of Certification Policies and Procedures Manual ensuring ISO/IEC 17024 compliance.
  • Oversee investigations into suspected fraud and coordinate with legal, cybersecurity, and product teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Certification, Risk, or related field; 5+ years in accreditation credentialing standards.
  • 3+ years direct experience managing certification program governance, risk, compliance, or accreditation.
  • Proven track record in enterprise risk management and compliance monitoring frameworks.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Advanced skill in analyzing complex compliance and operational data to identify trends and risks.
  • Strong ability to design, document, and optimize policies and procedures for operational efficiency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information:

  • Preferred certifications include CISA, CISM, CRISC, PMP, or CCEP.
  • Occasional onsite presence and periodic travel may be required.
