Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sale of media usage data, advertising effectiveness solutions, and audience activation products.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to build sustainable client relationships and increase revenue.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within media, AdTech, or data.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, buying, audience data, and measurement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of sales success.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Work Arrangement:

  • The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the office in Hamburg or Nuremberg, with the remainder remote.
  • Focus is on the German market, managing a dedicated client portfolio.
  • Travel activity is approximately 25% for in-person client meetings.
