About the Role:
- Lead the evolution of authentication and authorization at Sezzle.
- Work closely with Product, Security, Support, and engineering teams.
- Design and deliver gateway and identity services with AI-assisted development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical vision and roadmap for auth platform.
- Architect and build scalable auth services in Golang with AWS.
- Lead phased migrations with zero-downtime and rollback mechanisms.
Minimum Requirements:
- 12+ years of software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, and authorization patterns.
- Strong proficiency in Golang and SQL-based RDBMS.
