Job Description

Assume responsibility for managing our partner acquisition process and assist in integrating new channel partners as we persistently expand and develop Vanta's partner network, positioning Vanta as a top-tier choice for potential partners in an increasingly competitive market. Channel Development Associates frequently provide the initial personalized interaction a prospective partner encounters with Vanta, concentrating on increasing Vanta's overall partner base as we aim to extend our partnerships into the thousands. Generate pipeline and closed/won ARR from new Vanta partners through cold outreach and warm prospects. Master the partner identification process using tools like Salesforce, Cognism, and LinkedIn. Collaborate with Channel Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to enhance effectiveness, and work with the pre-sales team for co-selling. Must counter objections, have strong understand Vanta's value proposition, and have excellent interpersonal & technical skills.
