Equity Administrator

As the first dedicated Equity Administrator you will assist in assessing, building, and scaling Flock’s stock administration function. You will maintain accurate records of all stock plan transactions and ensure that vesting schedules, exercise periods, and other plan criteria are managed effectively. You will manage and process all equity plan transactions (grants, exercises, cancellations, performance-based tracking, etc.) and ensure all transactions are compliant with internal policies and external regulations. As an Equity Admin, you will partner closely with the company's Legal, People Operations, Tax and other teams, as necessary to complete all transactional processes: new grants, vesting events, exercises, terminations / cancellations, etc. You will also own process improvement and automation including enhancing and documenting equity-related procedures and policies and managing relationships with external service providers. As the primary contact, you will address questions related to stock plans and educating plan participants on plan features, enrollment, and procedures.
