Patient Access Manager

Position Summary:

• Provide expert field-based access and reimbursement support to healthcare providers for Nuplazid access-related questions.
• Act as a liaison between HCPs, specialty pharmacies, payers, patients, and HUB resources in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

• Educate healthcare providers and patients on navigating the patient access process.
• Build and maintain Nuplazid access knowledge with assigned HCP accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Escalate local payer issues and demonstrate deep knowledge of Acadia Patient Support Programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, market access, or specialty pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and field-based healthcare environments preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills, with ability to travel up to 60%.
