Partner Success Strategist

Play an integral role in accelerating FreeWill's work supporting nonprofits (large and small) across the country. This is a full-time, remote position. FreeWill provides options so that employees can choose between compensation packages that prioritize salary or stock options. The role involves producing outstanding fundraising results for nonprofits and creating warm, dynamic relationships with partners. Identify internal and external challenges and proactively address problems, ensuring tactics and processes are scalable. The responsibilities include onboarding new partners, leading regular meetings, working across teams to track campaigns, providing marketing support, reporting key metrics, and staying on top of fundraising trends. Requirements include experience in SaaS customer success or nonprofit fundraising, superior communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
