Responsibilities:

  • Ensure financial statements accurately reflect financial health across multiple entities and regions.
  • Lead preparation and consolidation of financial statements at holding company level.
  • Coordinate accounting and month-end closing process for holding entity and subsidiaries.

Candidate requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent required.
  • 10+ years of accounting experience with 3+ in leadership in multi-country environment.
  • Extensive experience with IFRS, consolidations, and intercompany eliminations.
