Job Description
The Research Operations Program Manager will drive high-quality, impactful user and market research. The role owns operational backbone of the Research team involving recruiting and incentives and also tooling and data systems. You'll work closely with researchers, leadership, and Design Operations to ensure research practice runs smoothly.
Responsibilities includes:
- Maintaining and evolving our research repository.
- Partnering with Engineering, Data, Legal, and IT to maintain integrated, compliant, and secure data.
- Supporting research culture and growth through onboarding, team events, knowledge-sharing.
