Job Description
This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll convert qualified leads, build strong relationships with aspiring business owners, and contribute to the sales strategy that fuels national growth. Manage inbound and outbound sales from lead to signed agreement. Qualify prospects, conduct discovery, and deliver compelling franchise presentations. Build trust with franchise candidates, small business owners, and operators. Maintain a clean, efficient pipeline using HubSpot or a similar CRM. Identify and communicate customer feedback, objections, and trends. Work closely with leadership to refine sales playbooks and market messaging. Support and coach junior reps as part of a growing sales team.
