Job Description

Lead the implementation of payroll solutions for clients in India, ensuring successful onboarding and setup of payroll systems. Conduct client consultations to understand their payroll requirements, configure systems accordingly, and provide training to users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction. Customize payroll processes and workflows to align with local regulations, tax laws, and industry standards in India. Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues, troubleshooting system errors, and optimizing system performance. Stay updated on changes in Indian payroll regulations and industry best practices, and incorporate updates into client solutions as needed. Document implementation processes, best practices, and client-specific configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing. Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll systems and processes, offering guidance and recommendations to both internal teams and clients. Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations, to support business growth. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and additional service offerings to enhance client value and satisfaction.
