Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale virtual resettlement programs serving refugees across the U.S.
  • Oversee ALMA, an AI-powered virtual assistant, and drive AI product strategy.
  • Manage dispersed teams, budgets, compliance, and stakeholder partnerships.

Candidate Profile:

  • Requires 5-7 years in refugee resettlement and 3-4 years of program management.
  • Strong financial management, digital literacy, and data-driven leadership skills.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote role within IRC's Resettlement, Asylum and Integration Department.
  • Reports to the Senior Director of Resettlement and collaborates with technical teams.
