Responsibilities:
- Manage technical delivery for program launches end-to-end.
- Collaborate across Operations, Product, Research, Engineering, and Data.
- Troubleshoot the tech stack and lead training.
Requirements:
- Strong data handling and Excel/Google Sheets; Python experience.
- Excellent project management and communication.

Compensation:
- Associate: US $92,400 or KE $52,400; Manager: US $107,070 or KE $72,550.
- 10% bonus target and benefits stipend.
Location:
- Remote from specific countries; 3 hours overlap with East Africa timezone.
- Travel 1-2 times per year.
