New Product Associate / Product Manager, Training & Enablement

What you'll do:

• Build materials that make new designs usable in the field: training decks, quick-reference sheets, step-by-step guides.
• Deliver training live and record demo videos; own release notes and change documentation.
• Work across English, Portuguese, and French, adapting materials for each language market on the same timeline.

First 90 days:

• Days 0-30: Get oriented on the common Salesforce build and give an honest read on existing materials.
• Days 30-60: Produce the full enablement package for one country's rollout, including training, demo video, and layered communications.
• Days 60-90: Adapt the package for a second and third country, including a Portuguese- or French-speaking market.

What you'll bring:

• Exceptional alignment with GiveDirectly values and core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management.
• Prior experience as a Field Officer or equivalent frontline role; excellent written English and professional working proficiency in Portuguese or French.
• Experience producing training materials and delivering training live; ability to translate technical changes into plain instruction.
