About the Role:
- Own and scale the training program for the French market.
- Adapt proven methodology from German market to French healthcare facilities.
- Motivate groups of 10-15 caregivers to adopt the technology.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site and in-person training sessions for healthcare providers.
- Travel to customer sites up to 2-3 weeks per month across France.
- Measure training effectiveness using adoption metrics and feedback.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in training or customer enablement in B2B, ideally healthcare.
- Business fluent French (C2) and working English.
- Proven track record designing in-person training for mixed-ability audiences.
