About the role:
- PetDesk is a leading provider of client communication software for veterinary clinics.
- As an Implementation Project Manager, you will onboard and configure new customers through a consultative process.
- This role is aligned to Eastern Time Zone and is remote.

- Own the end-to-end implementation project for PetDesk customers from kickoff to go-live.
- Use a customer success-based conversation approach focusing on education and process improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to help customers use PetDesk effectively.
About you:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation.
- Professional fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, SaaS solutions, and excellent communication skills.
