The Implementation team plays a key role in onboarding seamlessly new customers as they work cross-department to understand client use cases and translate them into platform setup. Serve a portfolio of strategic accounts, leverage expertise to facilitate new integrations and maximize the benefits of our product. You will deliver solutions complementary to the Product.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and respond to support requests coming in from our clients via email. Work with CS leadership to monitor client health and execute campaigns to keep clients engaged. Lead training sessions and onboarding calls on Zoom, where you'll show our clients on how to use the Magellan AI platform to effectively sell more podcast ads.
