Role Overview:
- Partner Enablement Manager executing the AMER program to support partner success and capability building.
- Collaborate with Manager, Global Partner Experience & Enablement and cross-functional stakeholders to align enablement with broader strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate learning sessions on product, technical, sales, and program topics across live and virtual events.
- Maintain certification integrity, grade partners, and track training metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Craft and manage partner communications and portal content to sustain engagement and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of technical field experience in training, customer success, or technical support.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven project management and analytical abilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
