Enablement Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations for enablement programs, including intake, planning, scheduling, and launch readiness.
• Administer and optimize enablement platforms, such as learning management and content systems.

Measurement:

• Build and maintain reporting on program adoption, completion, and impact on field performance.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements that make enablement easier to deliver and consume.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep programs on track and aligned with business priorities.
• Establish and maintain standard processes, templates, and governance for enablement content.
