Role Overview:
- Lead and develop world-class enablement programs for global partner community and internal teams.
- Architect and execute enablement strategies to accelerate VAR and MSP partners.
- Own development, measurement, and execution of Global Channel enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use existing frameworks to execute a multifaceted channel enablement strategy aligning with revenue goals.
- Align interlock of PRM and LMS for positive partner experience.
- Design and develop industry standard certification programs and continuous education.
Collaboration and Analysis:
- Collaborate with Global Channel Leadership and strategic partners to gather and analyze feedback.
- Analyze and track partner certifications, partnering with Global Channel Sales to increase levels.
- Cooperate with People Operations on HR-related issues within the team.
