Job Description
The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and managing events and executing ABM campaigns. They must have proven ability to work closely with Sales and Channel Partner teams on joint initiatives, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) , and ideally ABM-specific tools. They must possess exceptional written communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling and clear email copy for pre- and post-event communications, invitations, and follow-ups. Analytical skills are needed to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize event strategies.
